性质:测速仪器的一种,利用电磁感应原理将转速转换成指针角位移来显示其转速值。其工作原理如图所示,转轴联轴联接于被测的转轴上,当磁极旋转时磁力线与铝盘相切,使铝盘感应电势形成涡流(电流)。旋转磁场和电流作用形成了铝盘的偏转力矩并与转速成比例。铝盘转动一定角度使扭力弹簧产生反力矩,两力矩平衡时铝盘的转动角度不变,从而在指针的刻度上反映出所测的转速。这种转速计结构简单、维护方便,价格低廉,但温度对测量误差影响较大,在常温下误差为1%~2%,测速范围为50转/分~12千转/分。
