In this paper,based on the experience of teaching carbon steel heat treatment and metallographic experiment,we try to clarify the importance of experimental teaching on improving student quality and innovation capability.

Financial experimental teaching mode should combine experimental teaching with practice,equip with the modern technical skills,and is oriented to promote the development of teaching and research,so as to satisfy the financial experiment teaching and advance the financial teaching standing in higher education of finance & economics.

This dissertation, using the financial experiment and the computer imitation as the main method, under the guideline of the experimental financial idea, makes a trading system research of the Shanghai Stock composite index.
