原料：
糯米600克，冰肉片300克，白糖650克，橘饼10克，葱珠油15克，芝麻25克，糖制冬瓜片15克，红绿樱桃各6个。
制作：
1、先将糯米洗净盛在碗里，加入清水少许，放进蒸笼炊熟。把橘饼、糖冬瓜片切成粒，加入芝麻、白糖450克和葱珠油、糯米饭一起拌匀。
2、将冰肉片先摆在碗底，再将红绿樱桃切半摆入，然后把拌好的糯米饭放在上面，放进蒸笼炊热倒翻过碗，把白糖150克和入清水，淀粉水少许，勾成薄芡淋上即成。
