This paper introduced the design feature of parent-subsidiary diamond-shape floating valve tray,operation condition & effect after stripper of process condensate revamped with this new style valve tray.

Typical application of the rectangular floating valve tray in revamping of fractopmatpr for quality upgrading of distillate cuts and enhancement of processing capacity were introduced.

Development and study of B-type directed valve trays;

In order to have reliable referenced data for selecting the height of floating valves when directed trapezoidal valve trays were applied in industry,the experiment on the structure parameter of which was studied.

The hydrodynamics of the new employed gradient ringent trapezoidal valve trays are experimentally studied with the air-water system in a 500 mm×500 mm quadrate column.
