This paper introduces the profile,lining adn cooling design of No1 BF of XISCO (1?050?m 3) .

and sets forth a rational control standard with respect to cooling system and furnace profile:soft water flow of BF body shall be kept at 2800～3 000 m~3/h,the inlet water temperature at 44～55℃and the heat load of furnace body at 33440～41800 kJ/h.
