搅 炒 ， 然 后 依 次 下 豆 腐 丁 、 油 炸 豆 腐 丁 、 笋 瓜 丁 、 精 盐 、 咸
面 酱 、 酱 油 、 五 香 粉 ， 再 加 煮 肉 汤 及 黄 花 、 木 耳 、 粉 丝 等 制
成 汤 臊 子 ；
４ ． 将 鸡 蛋 摊 成 蛋 皮 ， 切 成 象 眼 片 ， 与 香 菜 段 、 蒜 苗 片 等
制 成 花 臊 子 ；
５ ． 取 炉 齿 面 煮 熟 ， 分 别 装 碗 ， 调 入 精 盐 、 醋 、 酱 油 少 许 ，
再 浇 上 “ 汤 臊 子 ” ， 撒 上 “ 花 臊 子 ” ， 最 后 淋 入 辣 椒 油 、 葱 花
油 即 成 。
