In order to overcome the distortion of the airplane monolithic structure parts caused by residual stresses,the modified layer-removal strain method was used to measure the residual stress in thick pre-stretched aluminum alloy plates by considering and analyzing the characteristics of the aluminum alloy plate.
文中针对铝合金预拉伸厚板的特点,提出用改进剥层应变法来测量内部残余应力,并运用弹性力学理论进行推导,得到了应力-应变关系矩阵。

According to the characteristics of the thick pre-stretched aluminum alloy plate,the writer has deduced the modified layer-removal strain method by the elastic mechanical theory to measure the residual stre.
笔者根据预拉伸铝合金厚板的特点,运用弹性力学理论推导出厚板内部残余应力测量的改进剥层应变法,用此方法测量了预拉伸铝合金厚板2D70T351沿厚度方向的残余应力分布,并对测试结果进行了分析。
