药理作用:
1、血管a受体阻滞效应;2、血小板a受休阻滞效应;3、神经元a受体阻滞效应;4、具有钙拮抗的作用;5、具有降压和抗血小板凝集和抗血栓的作用。
适应症:
1、本品可增加脑血流量和提高警觉性,对老年人,可改善记忆力,对轻、中度痴呆有效,改善老年人CCI的临床症候群、智力减退、注意力、记忆力、情绪障碍及老年人的眩晕症;2、下肢慢性阻塞性动脉病所致的间歇性跛行(二期)的协助治疗;3、眼科视网膜血管性病变(糖尿病性,高血压性)老年人视网膜黄斑变性,可改善青光眼患者的视野;4、急性脑血管意外,特别是缺血性的;5、下肢动脉炎急性症候群;6、老年性的高血压、良性前列腺增生症。
用量用法:
老年人头昏眼花和智力障碍,15mg/粒,每日早1-2粒
动脉疾病:早晚各1粒。
或遵医嘱,饭前用水吞服。
不良反应: 个别患者肠胃失调性胃病,面部发热 .
