纤维(棉、毛、麻、绢、化纤)用针布的中高碳钢丝。一般分金属针布和弹性针布钢丝两种。金属针布钢丝系退火状态的含0.5%~0.7%C的碳素结构钢圆钢丝，由用户自行轧扁、造齿和齿尖淬火。弹性针布钢丝常见的横截面形状有圆形、三角形和扁平形，另外还有双凸形和卵圆形等。圆钢丝的直径在0.205一1.215mm之间，表面镀锌。除抗拉强度要符合规定外，钢丝应挺直，有弹性并不得有脆性，产品要进行直度、脆性和弹性检查。钢丝用含。.55%C和含0.65%C及锰的碳素结构钢制造，钢中的硫和磷的含量均应簇0.035%。生产异形钢丝时，先把盘条拉成圆线坯，然后在成品道次用辊拉(见棍模拉拔)的方法拉成所需要的断面形状。三角形钢丝用三辊辊拉;扁平钢丝用二辊辊拉。弹性针布钢丝要达到规定的性能必须合理选择成品热处理工艺，一般采用淬火(加热温度为860一900℃)加中温(加热温度为460一500℃)回火，以得到回火屈氏体组织。由于钢丝规格较小，淬火时要防止钢丝的脱碳和氧化。淬火介质的选择既要保证钢丝能淬透，又要有利于镀锌和在连续作业过程中不发生脆断。一般用浓度为。.5%~2%、温度为52℃的聚乙烯醇作淬火介质。回火时温度要均匀并应有足够的时间。 (韩观昌)zhenbu gangsj针布钢丝(card wire)纺织行业中制造整梳
