性质:是结晶高聚物聚集态结构的基本结晶单元,如聚合物单晶或球晶即由片晶组成。片晶的厚度大约有10nm,横向尺寸为几微米。片晶中分子链是垂直于晶面方向折叠排列的。高聚物不同,其片晶的形状也不同。片晶的边界有规排列的无规排列,后者构成高聚物无序排列部分。片晶内的缺陷(如位错、杂质、链端等)和片晶间的连结分子束对高聚物制品的力学强度有很大影响,晶体缺陷是造成拉伸强度下降的重要原因。
