相风铜乌 一种风信器。可用来指示风向。我国古代科学家张衡所创，《三辅黄图》载：“长安宫南有灵台……上有浑仪，张衡所制。又有相风铜岛，遇风乃动。”《现象玩占》一书说：“凡候风必于高平远畅之地，立五丈竿。于竿首作盘，上作三足乌，两足连上外立，一足系下内转，风来则转，回首向之，鸟口衔花，花施则占之。”欧洲屋顶上的候风鸡，到十二世纪寸始见记载，要比张衡候风铜乌的记载晚一千年。
