菜 名： 天麻炖鸡汤
主 料： 天麻片10克，老母鸡1只，生姜3片。
做 法： 将天麻洗净，生姜洗净切丝，老母鸡杀后去毛及内脏，填入天麻片和姜丝于鸡腹中，放入炖锅，加清水适量，武火煮沸，再改用文火炖至鸡熟烂即可。分数次饮汤吃鸡肉。可每周1料。连用3料。
