zhuanlu(duanyao)l旧nx-转炉(短窑)炼锡(tin srneltingi。:()tary fur-nace)锡精矿在转炉(短窑、内熔炼产出粗锡的过程，为锡精矿熔炼方法之一。适用一J二处理各砷品位精矿，也适合处理富锡渣。习惯上将卧式旋转圆筒形炉称为转炉，而径长比大于或接近于1的称为短窑。德国贝尔采留斯(Berzelius)炼锡厂为了改进两段熔炼法，避免炉渣和硬头的冷却和重熔首先采用短窑(见图)炼锡。后来因为难于达到高温和强还原条件，仍恢复原两段还原熔炼法。短窑的一端设有烧嘴，燃烧天然气或油料、烟气在炉内向下而上环行一周后由同一端排出。短窑不断旋转，炉料在炉内不断翻动，受热均匀，促进传热传质和化学反应的进行。短窑的炉料处理能力为0.7~0.st/(m3·d)，每吨锡消耗天然气65om3，电能76okw·h，炉渣含锡8%一H%。短窑的缺点为:(l)由于熔体的冲刷和腐蚀，炉衬寿命短，耐火材料消耗大;(2)耐火材料吸收大量锡，回收困难;(3)炉渣含锡高，直接回收率低;(4)大量锡挥发进入烟气，收尘量大。现在除德国、印度尼西亚和玻利维亚等国的少数炼锡厂仍保留短窑炼锡外，新建厂已不再采用短窑。 排气道厂户干于菩井氰 况，众乏卜l日加料门 紧于蔚于萦放出口 短窑剖面及其气流运动 (黄位森)
