性质:由金属单晶制成的电极。它与同类金属电极(多晶)在电极电势等电化学热力学性质上是相同的,但电极界面双电层结构差别较大。在同一金属单晶的不同晶面上,由于点阵结构各异,致使电极界面的吸附状况也不相同。测得的微分电容曲线与零电荷电势φ0颇不一致。例如,金单晶在0.005mol/LNaF水溶液中,当(110)面与溶液接触时φ0为0.19V(氢标);(111)面为0.50V;(100)面为0.38V;而金的多晶体在同一溶液中甲。为0.25V。因之,用单晶金属电极研究电催化现象及深入探讨电极界面吸附现象及双电层结构,很有帮助。
