性质:主要成分为脂肪烃基咪唑啉衍生物。简称AM系列产品。包括AM-C1、AM-C2、AM-C31、AM-C32、AM-C4,AM-C5,AM-A等。易溶于水和酸溶液或水和碱溶液。系阴阳离子两性表面活性剂,随介质pH值的变化,其离子作相应的变化。在酸性介质中,呈阳离子性;在碱性介质中,呈阴离子性。具有缓蚀、防锈、与其他助剂配伍性能好、水溶及酸溶性好、无毒、无味、使用安全等特点。广泛应用于锅炉的酸洗清理、酸洗除垢、金属的酸洗除锈及缓蚀;用于油田中、低高温油、水井的酸化缓蚀,油田污水缓蚀,还用作织物整理剂以消除静电,以及矿物浮选剂等。由棉籽油脂肪酸甲酯、多乙烯多胺或羟烷基多乙烯多胺、α,β-不饱和脂肪酸酯或卤代脂肪酸盐等原料,经缩合、加成、皂化、酸化等反应制得。
