Based on the historical and fieldwork data collected from 100 households in Mianchi county,2004—2005,the paper drew some conclusions about agricultural tax relief policy impacts on production inputs of Mianchi.
根据渑池县100个农户样本2003—2005年社会、经济数据,用事件分析法对近期农业补贴政策的预期绩效进行了对比分析,结果表明:农业补贴虽然能增加农户收入,但它对农户生产总投入的影响不大;农户在农业内部的资金和劳动投入结构变动与农业补贴也没有直接的因果关系,投入结构变动主要是由农户的生产经验和农业生产的多分有序性决定的;短期内,该农业补贴明显增加了农户的非生产性收入,也提高了农户对未来的经济预期,但对该县农户增加生产投入的激励作用还十分有限。

宁夏回族自治区银南地区辖县，著名宁夏滩羊集中产区。历史上中国农耕民族与游牧民族的交界地带。位于自治区东部长城沿线。面积8366平方公里，人口13.2万。县府驻城关镇。秦汉时置朐衍县,公元6世纪中叶称盐州。 1913年改置盐池县。 1936年以后属陕甘宁边区，为革命老根据地的重要组成部分。县境海拔1348米。年均温7.7℃，1月均温－8.9℃，7月22.3℃，10℃以上活动积温2945℃,年降水量297毫米。县境由东南至西北为广阔的干草原和荒漠草原，以盛产"咸盐、皮毛、甜甘草"著称。驰名中外的宁夏滩羊是盐池主要经济来源。野生中药甘草，近年部分制成甘草膏、甘草霜等，行销国内外。县城北、东、西南分布着大小20余个天然盐湖，因此得名"盐池"。汉以来设置盐官,博产广销,为地方收入与边防军饷的重要来源。由于行政区划的变动，年产达5万吨的多数盐湖划归陕西、内蒙古管辖,县境仅存惠安堡北、中、南3池,年产原盐数千吨。县城内建有革命烈士纪念塔。
