yexinji。。zhi液芯娇直(straightening strandwith liquid、phase)在连续铸钢过程中,铸坯芯部未完全凝固,仍存在液态钢水的情况下,对铸坯进行矫直的连铸坯拉矫技术。提高拉坯速度是增加连铸机生产能力的有效途径,但随着拉速的提高铸坯的冶金长度将随之增长,如此时仍采用一点固相矫直,势必要使连铸机的弧形半径增大。这显然是不合理的。采用液芯矫直可以解决高拉速下连铸机圆弧半径要增大的矛盾。在液芯矫直时,应使坯壳内层表面的延伸率:被控制在允许的范围内,即不产生内裂。此时,需对铸坯采用多点矫直或连续矫直等技术。铸坯内层表面的延伸率‘(%)与铸坯中心的曲率半径凡、Rn一1有如下关系(见图):撇 液芯娇直时内层坯壳的延伸率 R,,R二一l,”·…一各矫直点处的铸坯中心曲率半径; ‘,氏一1,··...一各矫直段间的夹角; 人,几一1’”…一各矫直点的铸坯坯壳厚度 fD_、了11、 ‘~}舟‘一次}卜分一二=一} \2一”/、R二R二一1/式中D为坯厚;氏为曲率半径为凡处的坯壳厚。并由此导出在液芯矫直时,采用多点矫直的连铸机必须的铸坯中心线各曲率半径R二: ~1 凡~,,- L‘_}2 .1 丁六才‘十+下二- 0.SD一氏IR二_1式中〔司2为铸坯坯壳内层表面的许用延伸率。根据不同钢种,通常取值为0.1%一0.2%;最大值小于0.5%。
