性质:测量转轴输出转矩的方法之一。平衡力是指当转轴作匀速转动时,在它所受转矩的同时必在其机体上也受到了方向相反的平衡力矩(或又称支座反力矩),若能有效地测得机体上的平衡力矩就可确定机器主轴上所受转矩的大小。测量装置如图所示,当主轴有转矩T作用时,可在力臂杆长为L处添加砝码,从而形成反力矩M(=F·L),一直达到M与T平衡时,就可确定轴的转矩T(= - F·L)。这种方法简单、实用,在科学实验中有着广泛的应用,其缺点是要求测轴应匀速运转,而且主轴的反力矩需由机体传递。
