性质:把复合在无纺布等支撑材料上的平板分离膜,以膜、原料液导流板、透过液导流板相互交替重叠,以膜分离过程所需压力为依据,匹配泵和其他设备,就装配成板框式膜装置。其结构形式有两种。一种是系紧螺栓式。是膜、板紧密堆积后,用上、下头盖以系紧螺栓固定。另一种是耐压容器式。把多层过滤板串联、并联堆积组装后,放入耐压容器中。板框式膜装置进料分布不均匀,流槽窄,装卸复杂,设备费用高,不宜大规模生产使用。但换膜容易,膜面能清洗。
