制作方法
1.将牛奶、白糖和奶油置锅中，加入清水后置炉上，边加热边搅拌。沸腾后，加入用少量水调湿的淀粉，待淀粉糊化后端离炉火。
2.将料液趁热注入雪糕模中，约为模的一半(不要注满)，冷却后进冰箱冷冻。
3.在余热中加入可可粉调匀，待雪糕边壁结冻，中心尚未冻结时取出，注入可可料液，插上雪糕杆，放入冰箱冷冻。
4.将雪糕模浸在60℃的热水中，5秒钟左右即可脱模。
产品特点 具有可可和奶油两种颜色、两种滋味，很受小朋友的欢迎。
