性质:火焰原子吸收光谱分析中,伴生阴离子对待测阳离子测定时信号的抑制作用。它属于化学干扰。例如,测定钙时若有磷酸根离子存在则生成难解离的焦磷酸钙,降低了火焰中基态原子的密度,从而测钙的灵敏度下降。加入三氯化镧可消除干扰,因生成的磷酸镧比焦磷酸钙更加稳定。
