| 产业结构 industrial structure 各产业部门之间以及每个产业部门内部的对比关系和结合状态。产业结构有时也专指物质生产部门之间的对比关系和结合状态，例如轻工业、重工业、农业之间，工业、农业与运输业之间，原材料工业与加工工业之间，农、林、牧、副、渔之间的对比关系和结合状态。 从不同的角度可以将产业结构划分为不同的类型。大体有：①农轻重结构。即按照生产对象的性质和生产方法，把社会物质生产部门划分为农业、轻工业和重工业三大产业部门。每一产业部门内部还可进一步划分为分部门和行业。②劳动密集型和资金密集型产业结构。劳动密集型产业是指那些需要资金少，而需要劳动投入量多的产业；资金密集型产业则是指高资金投入与高技术结合的产业。③四次产业结构。即按照加工的层次把整个国民经济划分为第一产业、第二产业、第三产业（见产业）和第四产业。 影响产业结构的因素主要有：①生产力发展水平。这是最基本因素。生产力发展水平低，首先必须考虑发展农业，其次才是发展基础工业；而当农业和基础工业有了较大发展时，则可以发展加工制造业；在生产力高度发展的情况下，第三、第四产业就成为社会的主导产业。②产业政策。主要是通过促进或限制某些产业的发展，改造产业结构，调整各产业之间以及内部的相互关系，实现社会总供给与社会总需求的基本平衡。③资源构成状况和分布特征。一个国家的自然条件好、矿产资源丰富，农业和采掘业就可能成为整个产业结构的核心；一个国家的劳动力资源丰富，发展劳动密集型产业就会更有利；一个国家技术力量雄厚、加工制造能力强，第二产业就会发达起来。 |
