醌 quinone 一类较特殊的a、β -不饱和环状酮类化合物,具有不饱和环二酮的结构。最简单的醌是苯醌,有邻位和对位两种同分异构体。醌类有高度共轭结构,故均为有色化合物,对位醌多半为黄色,邻位多半为红色或橙色。苯醌极易还原成对苯二酚(氢醌),后者也极易氧化成醌。
天然醌类按结构类型可分为苯醌、萘醌、菲醌、蒽醌等。例如,广泛存在于自然界中的辅酶Q10,又称泛醌50,属于苯醌类,可用于各型肝炎的综合免疫治疗,对高血压、心脏病、肿瘤也有一定作用。拉帕醇属于萘醌类,为美丽的黄色结晶,熔点140℃,是从紫葳科羽叶树中提取的色素,曾用作抗疟药物,它的几个合成类似物也有抗疟活性,并有较强抗癌活性。由变质大米产生的冰岛青霉菌中分离的黄米毒素(黄天精),是由双分子氢化蒽醌通过碳-碳键相结合的产物,微量就能使试验动物肝硬变并致癌。从丹参根中分到的多种菲醌衍生物,具有抗菌和扩张冠状动脉的作用。 |
