性质:又称负协调性。在酶结构与作用机制的研究中,发现有些由相同亚基组成的寡聚酶,当一个亚基与底物分子牢固结合时,另一个亚基对底物的亲和力降低。例如嗜热杆菌的酪氨酰-tRNA合成酶,其两个亚基对称地排列着,结合部位最初都是等效的,但是该酶只牢固地结合一分子酪氨酸,甚至在毫摩尔浓度的酪氨酸时,也未发现剩余物的二次结合,这种有反作用的分子结合称为负协同性。
