【检查】
pH值 应为5.0 ～7.0 （附录Ⅵ H）。 氨 取本品50ml，照纯化水项下的方法检查，但对照用氯化铵溶液改为1.0ml，应 符合规定（0.000 02％）。 细菌内毒素 取本品，依法检查（附录Ⅺ E），每1ml中含内毒素量应小于0.25EU。 氯化物、硫酸盐与钙盐、硝酸盐与亚硝酸盐、二氧二碳、易氧化物、不挥发物与重 金属 照纯化水项下的方法检查，应符合规定。
