生产方法:将3.3kg酒石酸加入2L水中,加热煮沸至全部溶解,趁热过滤。另取1.4kg无水碳酸钾溶于1L水中,溶解后也趁热过滤。将紫溶液慢慢加到搅拌下的酒石酸溶液中(有大量二氧化碳生成),直至溶液pH约为2为止。反应过程中析出大量白色沉淀。冷却,吸滤,用冷水洗涤,得产品。
用途:作为分析试剂、缓冲剂、还原剂等用于调味品、食品加工、电镀、制药工业。在食品工业上主要用作膨松剂(制糕点和面包等)。
