This article delineates the mechanism of DDS catalysts and the basic principle of the DDS solution desulfurization process,and discusses the process and applications of this wet method,and verifies the feasibility of this process.

The developing process was introduced for DDS de-sulfur technology from the of point of view of biochemistry, the constituent and action of DDS catalyst were analyzed, the basic principle was discussed for “gas de-sulfur method by catalysis of biochemical iron-alkali solution”, the problems to be noticed were indicated in the application process of DDS de-sulfur technolo.
