5、浇注铁水以前，首先在冷铁模上刷涂泥浆。
6、不要把铁水浇在行走轮和链条上，否则要立即清除，以免阻碍运动。
7、在浇注机的头部，必须将铸定全部敲离下来，不准随冷铁模带到设备底下，以免卡坏设备。
8、打扫现场时，特别要打扫设备底下和拉紧装置处的铁块铁渣。
