The optimum conditions were:feedstock preheating temperature 250℃,first and second riser outlet temperature 510,525℃ respectively,blending ratio of vacuum residue in feedstock about 35%,the mass fraction of discharging decanted oil 3%-4%,the recycling rude gasoline feeding above nozzle of recycling decanted oil,using LV-23 type FCC catalyst.
优化结果为:原料油预热温度250℃,一段提升管出口温度510℃,二段提升管出口温度525℃,原料掺渣比约35%,所产总油浆的3%~4%(质量分数)外排,粗汽油回炼时从二段提升管油浆回炼喷嘴的上方进料,采用LV-23型FCC催化剂。
