性质:白色结晶。熔点53℃(55-56℃),沸点189-191℃。0.1%溶液的表面张力19mN/m,在32℃水中的溶解度为0.01-0.023mol/L。呈强酸性。

制备方法:将原料辛酰氯(纯度99.5%)与氟化氢及少量正丁基硫酸投入电解槽,于20-25℃下通电(电压5-8V),电解产物用碱中和,再用酸酸化,蒸馏之,即得全氟辛酸。原料消耗定额:辛酰氯6000-8000kg/t、天水氟化氢12000kg/t、硫酸1500kg/t、氢氧化钠1500kg/t。

用途:主要用作表面活性剂、乳化剂、全氟辛酸及其钠盐或铵盐用于四氟乙烯聚合及氟橡胶生产时作分散剂,也用作制备增水、憎油剂的原料和选矿剂。
