antu poisoning
安妥系毒鼠剂,对黏膜有刺激作用,吸收后可致肺毛细血管通透性增加,肺水肿及肝肾组织坏死。中毒表现为恶心、呕吐、头晕、嗜睡、呼吸困难、发绀、肺水肿、躁动、抽搐、黄疸、血尿。严重者可因全身痉挛或肝功能衰竭而死亡。以对症治疗为主,可试用半胱氨酸治疗。
