原料: 原 料：
水发草菇150克，水发香菇100克，水发口蘑100克，素鲜汤500克，香菜5克，黄酒，精盐，白糖，味精，麻油各适量。
制法: （1）草菇，香菇分别剪去蒂，洗净，口蘑刮去黄膜并洗净，用冷水漂透后入开水锅内焯一下捞出，用冷水冲凉，沥净水。
（2）将草菇，香菇，口蘑同放入炖碗内，加素鲜汤，黄酒，精盐，白糖，味精，麻油，盖上碗盖。
（3）取1个小碗，放入香菜，加适量汤，与三菇同时上笼蒸30分钟，将香菜汤倒入三菇碗内。
（4）用玻璃纸将碗口密封后再上笼蒸30分钟出即成。
特点: 清香适口，减肥降脂，防癌抗癌
