A flowsheet consists of three stages of fine grindings,two stages of gravity separations and a screening process was adopted to recover iron from iron-smelting slag,and reduced iron powder with MFe exceeding 90% can be prepared.
为了有效回收炼铁渣中的铁,对炼铁渣进行三级细磨、二级重选以及一段筛分处理,制得了MFe含量90%以上的还原铁粉,实验表明2 t粉铁可制取出1 t还原铁粉,残渣则可用于制作陶瓷、免烧砖等,实现了资源综合利用。

The results from physical test show that the melting temperature of the slag from Lidegui site is higher than 1280℃.
物理测试结果表明,遗址炼渣的熔融温度高于1280℃;成分分析结果表明,李德贵炼渣中铜含量很低,远低于炼铜渣的铜含量;而其铁含量很高,与欧洲早期铁器时代和罗马时代的块炼铁渣相近;物相分析结果表明,李德贵炼渣的主要物相与炼铜渣没有区别,但炼铜渣中发现一些铜氧化矿和硫化矿。
