用途：为抗甲状腺药，与他巴唑同属巯基咪唑类。卡比马唑是他巴唑的前体药体，在体内转化为他巴唑，其作用和不良反应都与他巴唑相似，作用较缓慢，维持时间比他巴唑长。用于甲状腺亢进。
