The results showed that degradation of organic matter in sludge occurred during treatment of aerobic reactor composting by adjusting water content and C/N.

Composting with chicken manure as raw material was carried out to study the effects of indigenous and exogenous inoculation on temperature,oxygen concentration,C/N ratio,water-soluble carbon(WSC),germination index(GI),as well as protease and dehydrogenase activity in different composting stages by using a composting bioreactor.
