东宁要塞
东宁日军侵华要塞是亚洲最大的军事要塞，是第二次世界大战的最后战场，有“东方马其诺防线”之称。
东宁要塞位于东宁境内，是侵华日军为防御前苏联的进攻而修筑的军事筑垒，北起绥阳镇北阎王殿，南至甘河子，正面宽100多公里，纵深50多公里。有飞机场11个，永久性工事400多处，野战炮阵地45处。现已发现的地下军事要塞有勋山、朝日山、胜洪山、母鹿山、409高地、麻达山、三角山、甘河子、阎王殿、北天山等。其中勋山地下军事要塞，占地5万公顷，与俄罗斯仅一河之隔，山势险峻，地势开阔，隐蔽性强，是兵家必争之地。日伪时期，东宁曾屯驻日本关东军三个师团，计13万多人，17万中国劳工的冤魂长眠在这里。国家军委副主席张万年为东宁要塞题词，“勿忘国耻，强我中华”。
