2、工作前还必须遵守：
a、 检查砂输有无裂纹和缺口，如有缺陷，严禁使用；
b、 检查夹具是否松动，清除妨碍零件正确安装的破皮或其它杂物；
c、 先逐项点动试车，然后空运输2-3分钟，并检查支掌轮、磨擦轮、传动链等机构的运动是否平稳，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
3、工作中还必须遵守：
a、 操作者要戴好眼镜等防护用品；
b、 工作时开车顺序：通风机-砂轮-园盘。停车顺序相反，即园盘-砂输-通风机。
c、 调整砂输进刀量：两个砂输进刀量不能调成一样，应先小后大。
d、
经常注意除尘系统的工作是否正常，如有异常情况，应通知维修人员修理。
e、
磨削中如有自动停车现象，要及时检查砂轮和园盘等机构的情况。必要时通知维修人员排除故障。
