汽相与固相间的相平衡。常见的有:①纯物质蒸气与固体间的升华和凝华的汽固平衡,如水蒸气与冰之间的平衡。②蒸气与固体化合后形成的汽固平衡,如各种水合盐与水蒸气之间的平衡。在一定温度压力下无水CuSO4与水蒸气可以相互作用生成 CuSO4·H2O,这时存在无水CuSO4、CuSO4·H2O与水蒸气三者间的平衡(见气固平衡)。
