AAPBA was synthesized by the condensation reaction between carboxyl acid group (—COOH) and amino group, based on 3-aminophenylboronic acid (APBA) and acrylic acid (AA) as starting materials and N-Ethyl-N′-(3-dimethy- laminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDCI) as condensating agent.
笔者以3-氨基苯硼酸(APBA)和丙烯酸(AA)为起始原料,1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳化二亚胺盐酸盐(EDCI)为缩合剂,通过羧基(—COOH)和氨基(—NH_2)之间的缩合反应合成AAPBA。

In order to understand the chemical mechanism and optimal conditions of the molecular im- printing, the interaction between 3-aminophenylboronic acid (APBA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated using fluorescence quenching method with many factors, as the pH value, ionic strength and others, which maybe influence the interaction.
为了了解分子印迹反应的机理和最适宜的反应条件,应用荧光猝灭法研究了3-氨基苯硼酸(APBA)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,二者的反应受到体系pH值、离子强度等关键因素的影响。
