注意事项：
1.主要有低血钾、肌无力、嗜睡和性欲减退，长期应用可能引起睾丸功能不可逆性损害。 2.服药前，有精索静脉曲张的病人在服用棉酚后特别容易发生生精上皮长期或永久性损害，故需要恢复生精功能的服药者忌用。 3.心、肝功能不全和血钾偏低者慎用。
