The microstructural characteristics of colloidal liquid aphrons(CLA) composed of polyoxyethylene 3 dodecyl ether(AEO-3)/n-decane/sodium dodecyl sulphate(SDS) or Tween 80/water were investigated using attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).

性质:利用干涉谱的傅里叶变换测定红外光谱的一种技术。该光谱用可精确控制两相干光光程差的干涉仪测量得到以下式表示的光强I(  x)随光程差x变化的干涉图:I(X)=∫-∞∞B(v)cos2πvdv,其中v为波数。然后将包含各种光谱信息的干涉图进行傅里叶变换得实际的吸收光谱,即B(v)=∫-∞∞I(x)cos2πvxdx。傅里叶变换红光谱具有高检测灵敏度、高测量精度、高分辨率、测量速度快、杂散光低以及波段宽等特点。随着计算机技术的不断进步,FTIR也在不断发展。该方法现已广泛地应用于有机化学、金属有机、无机化学、催化、石油化工、材料科学、生物、医药和环境等领域。
