性质:酮肟1在酸性催化剂(五氯化磷、三氯氧磷、多聚磷酸、硫酸、乙酰氯、醋酐、氯化氢、氯化亚砜等)的作用下重排为酰胺的重排反应。对称的酮肟重排只得到一种产物;而不对称的酮肟重排,则主要生成与羟基处于反位的R′基重排至氮原子上的产物。式中的R和R′可以是脂肪基或芳香基。为反式酮肟的特征反应,用于确定其构型。
