菜 名: 香花菜炒蛋
主 料: 香花菜一扎约六两、六只鸡蛋五只。
配 料: 调味:古月粉少许,盐半茶匙,鸡粉半茶匙,油二汤匙。
做 法: 1、香花菜洗净,把菜叶摘下切碎。
2、下油一汤匙,放下香花菜炒软铲起,加入生粉或粟粉一茶匙捞匀。
3、鸡蛋加调味拂匀,加入香花菜又拂匀。
4、下油三汤匙,放下香花菜及蛋炒熟,上碟。如喜香口的,可分二或三次,用慢火煎至两面金黄色上碟。
