Due to the problems of upper structure of continuous cast-in-situ box girder such as complicated stress status,high technique requirement and difficulty of construction quality control,the practical construction technique for the key part of upper structure of box girder in the project of Turpan section of Dalian-Huoerguosi Expressway is summarized.
针对连续现浇箱梁上部结构受力复杂、工艺技术要求高、施工质量不易控制等问题,通过对大连—霍尔果斯高速路吐鲁番段建设项目中箱梁上部结构关键部位施工工艺的实施总结,并结合近些年的施工经验,分析认为只有在施工中严格控制好箱梁上部结构各关键部位的质量,才能确保箱梁上部结构的安全性。
