In order to acquire the laws of effect of reheating on the flow property of pour-point-depressant (PPD)-treated crude oil and explore the method to quantitatively evaluate the effect of reheating, the crude oil from Beijiang was studied by using gel point tester and Haake VT500 viscometer in laboratory according to corresponding standards.
为掌握重复加热对降凝剂改性原油流动性的影响规律,并探索该影响的定量评价方法,以北疆原油为研究对象,利用凝点仪和Haake VT550粘度计,依据相关标准进行了试验研究,并用模糊评价方法对试验结果进行了定量综合分析。

The Beijiang crude oil from Karamay Oil Field is characterized by: high density, high viscosity, greater TAN, higher heavy metals, higher carbon residue and higher ash.
产自克拉玛依油田的北疆稠油,其特点是密度、粘度、酸值、重金属含量、残炭和灰分均高,轻质油收率低,小于350℃馏出量17。

介绍厂以新疆原油生产的中性油为基础油，以国产高碱值环烷酸钙为主要清净剂，加入适量的分散型粘度指数改进剂，与其它添加剂适当配伍研制生产ＳＥ１０Ｗ／３０汽油机油的过程。
