性质:又称换热。热能从热流体间接(例如经过间壁)或直接传向冷流体的过程。性质复杂,不但要考虑经过间壁的热传导,而且要考虑到间壁两边流体的对流给热,有时还须考虑到辐射传热。在化学工业中常遇到的热交换问题,一般是温度不高,但种类很多,计算也很繁复。工业中的换热方式主要有间壁式、蓄热式和混合式三种。
