肺内微小结节


影像学术语。直径小于7mm的肺内结节。微小结节相当于肺腺泡大小(6~8mm),分布于肺实质内或胸膜下。在吸烟者和肺弥漫性疾病(矽肺、外源性过敏性肺泡炎、肺组织细胞病X)的CT片上多见。高分辨CT(HRCT)显示率优于普通CT。
