性质:硫酸盐法制浆过程中蒸煮工艺条件之一。蒸煮液中硫化钠量对氢氧化钠和硫化钠总量的百分比(以氧化钠计算)蒸煮液中,加入硫化钠能加快脱木质素的反应速度,减少对纤维素的破坏。在固定总碱量下,适当增加硫化度,能缩短蒸煮的时间,提高纸浆的收获率,并改进其机械强度。但超过一定限度时(约30%~35%),则效果很小,甚至会增加未蒸解原料的数量,减少合格纸浆的收获率。
