性质:又称有机溶剂的增感效应(sensitizing effect of organic solvent)。在火焰原子吸收分析中使用有机试剂和溶剂可以提高测定的灵敏度和降低干扰。在测定水溶液中加入混溶的有机溶剂,如加40%丙酮,可提高灵敏度3倍。也可以适当的有机试剂与待测元素形成络合物并萃取到有机相中进行测定。这样的有机溶剂不仅起分离富集作用,有时还会提高灵敏度几十倍。
