The high boron wear resistant cast steel was developed to produce grinding rollers and grinding collars of Raymond mill because of high manganese steel of lower work-hardening effect,poor abrasive-wear resistance and short service life used in the factory.

To insure steady running of the equipment and to reduce the production cost, the plant carried out study on producing liner of grinding roller and base, mainly include: analyse and test physical and chemical performance of the liner material, choose suitable material, confirm the produce process,and et al.
